How to Simply Kick Stress and Burnout For Good!

If you are suffering from excessive stress and/or burnout, you have forgotten that…

We are sentient beings and our body has been exquisitely crafted by Mother Nature to carry life force energy (vital functions), emotional energy and mental energy from place to place so that we can have various experiences…

But if you are suffering from excessive stress and /or burnout, your vital energy is “out of whack”, or your emotional energy is “out of whack” or both are suffering from “out of whackness!”

Okay, so this is what you have done to yourself one way or another…

How you got to this point is not really that important, the fact is that you have, so no need to beat yourself up any more…

Let’s look forward, not backward…

So the question is, how can you repair both your life force energy reserves and balance you emotional energy without removing yourself from society and undergoing months of “therapy”?

The answer lies in creating an intimate relationship with your internal organs!

I know this sounds a little weird, but stay with me…

You see, your emotional energy and your internal organs are very closely related…

Let me explain it this way…

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has been proven over thousands of years that grief can negatively affect your lungs, too much discipline can cause a malfunction in the pancreas, anger hurts the liver, worry depletes the spleen’s vital energy and stress and anxiety negatively impacts kidney function…

What does “negatively impact” mean?

It means that your negative or unbalanced emotions affect the free flow of life force energy within your internal organs!

And obviously if your internal organs are not functioning well, you are going to feel like crap!

You see, your emotional energy and your internal organs’ life force energy are one and the same thing?

So you think it may be a good idea to create a good relationship with your internal organs now?

I thought so…

What I am about to show you has worked for me (I was hospitalised with severe Burnout) and for many others, regardless of the cause of the stress and/or Burnout…

Ok, so here is how you do it…

First of all, you need to know where your internal organs lie within you body…

Secondly, you need to find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed for 10–15 min…

Third, sit quietly hold both palms of your hands over your heart and evoke a feeling of love within your heart area…

Fourth, Thank your heart for doing such an amazing job of pumping blood throughout your entire body and then ask your heart what it needs from you right now to feel better than it currently does… wait for an intuitive response and know that there is no right or wrong, just simply what you heart needs right now…

For example, I had a client who was not feeling fulfilled in her heart and she had spent some time with a friend who had recently had a baby… her friend had convinced her that having a baby would be the only thing that would fulfill her heart…

However, after we did this exercise together, her heart simply said that it wants to go surfing!

That’s pretty cool isn’t it?

This is why no one can tell you exactly how to “fix” your stress or burnout, because the specific things that you need for healing to occur are so unique to you, that only YOU can determine what you really need…

Does this make sense?

All right, once you have an answer from your heart, you then move your hands to your lungs and repeat the same process…

Then move to your liver, your gall bladder, your stomach, your pancreas, your spleen, your kidneys, your small intestines, your large intestines and finally your brain!

You may find that some organs are already quite happy and content while others are exhausted…

Some organs may ask for nutrients and some may simply ask for time in nature or more water…

And others still, may want to cry out their stress and tiredness…

After a 10-15 minute practice of this exercise you will have a list of things that you can begin to incorporate into your everyday life that with begin the restoration of and the rebalancing of the life force energy in your internal organs…

And the subsequent action you take by following your intuitive responses will create happy, energetic and emotionally balanced internal organs…

And happy energetic internal organs = happy energetic you!
